analog scan->make Mask->NOISE OCC->make Mask->(繰り返し)

PixScan PanelでANALOG_SCANを選択。

スキャンが終わったらData ViewerでNOISE_OCCをtransferしPlot OCCUPANCYを右クリック->Generate mask from histogramとするとマスクしない範囲が指定できる。(例:190 < OCCUPANCY <210と指定すると、この範囲以外のピクセルがマスクされる)

するとPlot HITOCCというマスク用ヒストグラムが生成されるので、STcontrolのEdit->set all masks from scan->先ほどのヒストグラムが入ったrootファイルを指定 ->スキャン名を選択->Apply to ENABLE & ILEAKにチェックを入れ、OK!

config editor->FE MAsks, Pixel->ENABLE mapの上で右クリック->Display/Edit->Save (1と0が反転していたらENABLE map->Invert)。ILEAK mapも同様にしてSaveする。ENABLE mapとILEAK mapの0,1は反転していなければいけない。

Saveをしないとマスクが保存されないので注意!

NOISE_OCC scanも同様の手順でmaskできる。
