50D miniture diode Non-irrad. を乗せてTest開始.

Ampに乗せた状態でHVをかけるとLeakageが3桁程度去年の結果より大きい.

(光を入れてもcurrentの上昇は殆ど見られない).

50CのMonitor Diodeをtest.

Laserで信号確認.

~1200mV ~20ns @-350V

50~100mV @-450V

~100mV @-500V

~150mV @-550V
