MPPC Trigger Introduction

MPPC基板上の各点でproveした時の波形を以下に示す．

MPPCからのsignal(マゼンダ)とthreshold(シアン)を共にprove．

左右は同じHVでの個体差を示すためのもの．画像のようにおよそ半値で重なるようにして使う．

100mV程度の出力で数十nsのANDが取れる．

AND出力のWidthをMV1で調整〜200ns(可変抵抗を使うときは200Ωを入れない)．

このTTLの信号はそのまま出力 or NIM出力 or LVDS出力

上図はCMOS->NIMの石でTTLの信号(シアン)からNIM信号(イエロ)への変換前後．

Widthはそのままで出力は〜5Vから〜-600mVに変化．

上図はLVDS driverでTTLから変換したLVDS信号(posiシアン&nega)とNIM信号(イエロ)．

MPPCに0〜5の名前を付けた．
