20degree --> perfect (need patch work CompVbnDac & PrmpVbnFolDac to make better analog scan) (set VbnLccDac =150 in jason config file following Timon's suggestion.)

0degree --> also working fine without any change. (wait 10 min at 0 degree, still ok -data0603)

-10 degree --> working fine.

-20 degree -->working ok. (slightly worse -data0619)

KEKFE65-6 tuning -> イベント数が少ない -> 大半のPixelが見えていなかった(analog)
見えているのはLeakage current compentation?がついているところのみ。設定温度は-30degC

digitalは応答を示す。

温度を上げてみると、見えるピクセルが増え始める。バイアスをかけてもあまり変わらず。

ASICのみのKEKFE65-0で温度による変化を見たが、大きな影響はない。
-30degCでパラパラと応答がなくなるピクセルは見られたが、それほど多くはない。

10.19

温度が変わるとThresholdがさがるらしい。プリアンプのゲイン等(prmpVbpとVbnLcc)をいじってみると良いとアドバイス。

analogは変化なし。thresholdscanではめちゃ高い。
