MPPCの動作確認前回のメモがなかったので、一応ここに書いておくと、MPPCトリガーの電源は 赤：+5V
黒：GND
青：-5V
緑：+50V~70V

オシロでLM360の出力を見てみると、振動している。
イベントが見えたが、これは常に出力があるのでandが簡単に取れてしまっているだけ？
