KEKFE65-6 tuning -> イベント数が少ない -> 大半のPixelが見えていなかった(analog)
見えているのはLeakage current compentation?がついているところのみ。設定温度は-30degC

digitalは応答を示す。

温度を上げてみると、見えるピクセルが増え始める。バイアスをかけてもあまり変わらず。

ASICのみのKEKFE65-0で温度による変化を見たが、大きな影響はない。
-30degCでパラパラと応答がなくなるピクセルは見られたが、それほど多くはない。

温度が変わるとThresholdがさがるらしい。プリアンプのゲイン等（prmpVbpとVbnLcc）をいじってみると良いとアドバイス。

"VbnLccDac": 150,

KEKFE65-8でも同様に温度がさがるにつれて、大半のpixelが見えなくなる。Leakage current compentation?がついているところだけやたらanalogが高い。

逆バイアスをかける。-50Vで0.6uA程度。at -30degC。
->応答は変わらず。

アドバイスを実行する。
prmpVbp->100 VbnLcc ->150
->特に変化は見られない

thsholdをかえてみる。(Vthin1->100, Vthin2->50)
analogは変化なし。thresholdscanではめちゃ高い。

analogは変化なし。thresholdscanではめちゃ高い。

今の条件で、パッチワークをかえてみる。
（上2つを入れてみる。）　->変わらない。

Start to check KEKFE65-6 (no bias) to isolate issues for BR structure and sensor itself.

20degree --> perfect (need patch work CompVbnDac & PrmpVbnFolDac to make better analog scan) (set VbnLccDac =150 in jason config file following Timon's suggestion.)

0degree --> also working fine without any change. (wait 10 min at 0 degree, still ok -data0603)

-10 degree --> working fine.

-20 degree -->working ok. (slightly worse -data0619)

-30 degree --> a bit worse (-data0630) but still returning analog signal for most of chips.

supply 50V --> not changing much... (-data0634)

tuning done with this condition : threshold scan after tuning --> data0692. tuning target 1000e
